    • The New Mexico Chapter of International Association of Assessing Officers is committed to promoting education in assessment practices and advancing IAAO standards throughout the state. It supports its members by offering workshops, classes, and a forum to address questions related to real and personal property assessment in New Mexico.

  • International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO)

    • International Association of Assessing Officers is a nonprofit organization focused on education and research.  It serves as a professional membership association for government assessment officials and others involved or interested in property tax administration. IAAO includes more than 8,500 members worldwide from government, business, and academic communities.
  • New Mexico Property Tax Division

    • The Property Tax Division assists local governments in administering and collecting ad valorem taxes across the State of New Mexico. It is comprised of three bureaus: the Appraisal Bureau, the State Assessed Property Bureau, and the Delinquent Property Tax Bureau.
