Holiday Closure

Rio Arriba County Administrative Offices in Española and Tierra Amarilla will be Closed to the public starting December 24, 2025, to January 2, 2026. Normal office hours will resume on January 5, 2026. Emergency Services will remain on normal operations. We wish you and your families a happy and safe holiday season!
