Oil & Gas Documents

  • Send in your oil and gas document via email to the below-mentioned clerk staff to begin calculations. This will eliminate sending your document back and forth via postal service and cutting multiple checks.
  • Point of contact will be Isaac Maestas.
  • Send in an excel spreadsheet of your exhibits via email. This will cut down on the turnaround time. Also, this will help the staff to accurately charge without overcharging on duplicate entries.
  • To help you accurately calculate and/or understand the fees of your oil & gas recordings we have included the following list of entries Rio Arriba County charges for:
    • Grantor & grantee
    • Lessor & lessee
