County Office Closure

Rio Arriba County Administrative Offices in Tierra Amarilla & Española will be CLOSING at 12:00 pm on Thursday, July 2, 2026, and will be CLOSED all day on July 3, 2026, in observance of the Independence Day weekend. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, July 6, 2026. Emergency Services will NOT be impacted by this closure. Happy Independence Day!!
