The Comprehensive Plan for Rio Arriba County is a strategic framework designed to guide the county’s growth and development over the next two decades. It serves as a blueprint for making informed decisions that affect land use, housing, economic development, transportation, infrastructure, natural resources, hazard mitigation, and implementation. The plan created is a result of extensive collaboration among county officials, stakeholders, and community members, reflecting the collective vision for a sustainable and prosperous future.
