IN ORDER TO ISSUE A MANUFACTURED HOME PLACEMENT PERMIT OUR OFFICE, WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

1. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP DEED OR CONTRACT
2. COPY OF SURVEY MATCHING DEED (if not on subdivision plat)
3. APPROVED SEPTIC PERMIT
4. MANUFACTURED HOUSEING PERMIT (DOUBLE WIDES AND LARGER)
a. FOUNDATION PLAN
5. SITE PLAN SHOWING THE FOLLOWING:
a. INDICATE LOT DIMENSIONS, NORTH ARROW, ACCESS (ROAD)
b. INDICATE LOCATION OF WELL AND SEPTIC SYSTEM
c. SIZE & DIMESIONS, OF EXISTING AND PROPOSED STRUCTURES, SETBACKS BETWEEN STRUCTURES AND FROM STRUCTURES TO LOT LINES
d. INDICATE ANY RIVERS, STREAMS OR ARROYOS ON OR NEAR THE PROPERTY
6. PROOF OF PROPERTY TAXES PAID UP TO DATE
7. $50.00 MOBILE HOME PLACEMENT FEE

IN ORDER TO ISSUE A MODULAR HOME OR BUILDING(CONSTRUCTION) PERMIT OUR OFFICE, WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

1. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP DEED OR CONTRACT
2. COPY OF SURVEY MATCHING DEED
3. APPROVED SEPTIC PERMIT
4. CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES PLANS (REQUIRE’S TWO SETS OF PLANS):
a. FLOOR PLAN
b. ROOFING
c. WALL SECTION
d. FOUNDATION PLANS
5. SITE PLAN SHOWING THE FOLLOWING:
a. INDICATE LOT DIMENSIONS, NORTH ARROW, LEGAL ACCESS (ROAD)
b. INDICATE LOCATION OF WELL AND SEPTIC SYSTEM
c. SIZE & DIMESIONS OF EXISTING AND PROPOSED STRUCTURES, SETBACKS BETWEEN STRUCTURES AND FROM STRUCTURES TO LOT LINES
d. INDICATE ANY RIVERS, STREAMS OR ARROYOS ON OR NEAR THE PROPERTY
6. PROOF OF PROPERTY TAXES PAID TO DATE

1. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP DEED OR CONTRACT

3. APPROVED SEPTIC PERMIT
4. CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES PLANS (REQUIRES TWO SETS OF PLANS)
a. FOUNDATION PLAN
