The HR Department is staffed with the Director and an Administrative Assistant. We are located on Main Street across the street from the Tierra Amarilla County Courthouse. In HR we maintain employee confidentiality, process all employment paperwork, administer employee benefit orientation, enter and maintain employee/employment data in visions/business management computer programs, assist employees that are near to retiring with inital paperwork, administer short term/long term disability and family medical leave, assist elected officials, administrators, directors and supervisors with quesitons and concerns regarding their department and staff.
