The function of the Road Department is to promote safety, maintenance and improvements to County Roads and easements.

The Road Department is under the direction of Antonio Griego, Road Superintendent and Fred Flores, Road Supervisor. The Road Department consists of 21 road crewmembers, which include members from the Gallina and Coyote areas and the Espanola area.
